I am more surprised considering I follow this very closely and I would think I would have heard of such a change. But depends on what the benefits are. I believe that each person should be able to chose what happens to their body. If they say that it lowers the risk of penile cancer, than again, this is not something a kid has to worry about and the adult can chose whether he wants it or not.
Further, more than 80% of the world's men are not circumcised and many of the countries with the lowest circumcision rates, have higher life expectancies than the US and other countries with higher circumcision rates (example: Japan).
So I would need a link.
And also, again most of the world's medical associations do not recommend it, so if one does, I don't think that is very significant.
In fact Israel is the only country in the 25 countries by life expectancy that routinely circumcises.
Also, I would appreciate if any further conversation about this topic would happen on the post dealing with this subject.
The post can be found here http://offthepathandontotheroad.blogspot.co.il/2012/07/my-views-on-traditional-male.htmlAmi Horowitzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08077675329242686759noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3026335646496333980.post-8033469342949462732012-08-27T16:54:58.818+03:002012-08-27T16:54:58.818+03:00This comment has been removed by the author.Ami Horowitzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08077675329242686759noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3026335646496333980.post-37023569555070874202012-08-27T15:48:48.058+03:002012-08-27T15:48:48.058+03:00This is on a completely unrelated topic, but it...This is on a completely unrelated topic, but it's one that you've written is a major belief of yours - circumcision.

The American Academy of Pediatrics just changed its official stance on it. They now say the benefits outweigh the risks. Does this change your views on things at all?Proud MOhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13529880285867746465noreply@blogger.com
